Purposes and Methods of Data Processing
The personal data provided by users/visitors will be disclosed to third parties only if such disclosure is necessary to fulfill the users’/visitors’ requests.

The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of data processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the Data Controller, processors, and the designated representative; e) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives within the State, processors, or persons in charge of processing.
The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which do not need to be retained for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters (a) and (b) have been communicated, including their content, to those to whom the data were disclosed or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

Purposes related to the management of the contractual relationship, pre-contractual obligations, as well as the provision of services.
- The management of commercial, administrative, logistical, and credit control procedures arising from contracts and commitments undertaken by the company towards its customers.
- The sending of documents or communications of a fiscal nature, either in paper or electronic format.
- Compliance with obligations established by laws, regulations, EU legislation, as well as civil and tax regulations.
- Marketing activities and the sending of generic or personalized commercial and promotional information via newsletters and advertising materials.

- Processing of statistics on website usage, aimed at improving the service and monitoring its proper functioning.
- Because it is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations as per point 1 (for example, the preparation and execution of a contract or the provision of assistance services);
