Data Controller

The Data Controller is G. Plast S.r.l., represented by the Co-Controller with delegation for data protection, Stefano Bazzo, located at Via Canova n. 11, Gambellara.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, G. Plast S.r.l., represented by the Co-Controller with delegation for personal data protection, Stefano Bazzo, located at Via Canova n. 11, Gambellara, in the capacity of Data Controller, informs data subjects about the purposes and methods of processing personal data collected, the scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of data provision.
 

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

The personal identification and electronic data collected from data subjects are processed to fulfill requests for subscription to the newsletter mailing list or to send informational messages and commercial and promotional communications related to the activities carried out by the Data Controller, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness and applicable legal provisions.

The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of data processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the Data Controller, processors, and the designated representative; e) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives within the State, processors, or persons in charge of processing.
The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which do not need to be retained for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

G. PLAST S.R.L. will process data pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, of the EU Regulation, letters (b), (c), and (f):

  • Because it is necessary to comply with legal obligations mentioned in point 1 to which we are subject (for example, accounting, payroll obligations, etc.);

How long will you keep my information?
